Owner and Baker
Erin thompson
Owner and baker of Sweet Memories Bake Shop, Erin has been passionate about baking since she was a young girl. She has put her self-taught baking knowledge to work in creating sweet memories out of her Cottage Food Licensed home in San Marcos, CA.
Erin is also the mother to two creative kiddos, Jack and Marnie.
Her and her Navy Veteran, husband, James have been married for almost 16 years.
